Hello, my name is Janine. I have been a florist for over 30 years, working in both New Zealand and Australia. Flowers have always been a big part of my life, and over the years I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some wonderful florists who helped shape my experience and style. The Flower Design Co. is a new chapter for me — a chance to create work that reflects my own approach to flowers.

My love for flowers comes from gardens, colour and texture. I’m inspired by European and Mediterranean gardens, a little whimsical and slightly wild, with plenty of foliage and beautiful old-fashioned blooms that have been around for generations. I’m drawn to how colours and textures work together and how different flowers and foliage can change the look and feel of an arrangement.

I enjoy creating flowers that help set the atmosphere for a special moment — whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, celebration or small gathering. For me, it’s about creating something that feels natural, thoughtful and memorable and that complements the setting and the occasion.

Confirmation
Once your arrangements are finalised and your wedding date is locked in, a 25% deposit is required to lock in your date and to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 7 days before the wedding date.
